Bidra med feedbackThis is the cleanest fast food place....I may have ever eaten at. Below is a picture of the staff cleaning, at around 3pm...meaning this is not a closing thing. The food was good, better than expected wings and my friend loved his cheese steak. We went here on a whim and honestly if I lived here I would eat here more often. Searching for a reason to come back in a good way. Please tell management they should be proud of the cleanliness.
Did not have cheese sticks forgot are additional order of cheese fries still charged it for us they charged us for large drinks gave us small it took forever and the meat was not good on the samwhiches we went here one time before and there where no problems
This was the double meat ?old school cheesesteak? picture below, WOW how disappointed I am. The bones less wings I asked for sauce on side NOPE! Then asked for bleu cheese celery, NOPE! I felt bad even asking as it seemed, was a huge deal, because must have been the 2 employees were not quite, hearing ?Yo this guy wants everything? Tough when I only want the two condiments which was the only thing besides placing order. Customer service I have realized not to expect much with what we have as employees to pick from, shame the work ethic doesn?t exist any longer (general statement for the majority). Things are tight and prices are high, $10.29 for a ?where?s the beef?? cheesesteak . I always try to give places a second try, everyone has a bad day, this time I will not. Moving forward maybe take down the pictures also, as HOLY MOLEY not even close, I don?t expect pictures, knowing they never do, but yours not even close. Hopefully the store off Joppa rd, will get a little more training (service)and put meat on subs and work on wings Chad
Wasn?t too bad. The staff were kids but they were easy going and my food was prepared fast and it tasted pretty good.
The food is delicious, the price is reasonable, the service is terrible! Management needs to do some customer service quality control, training, and serious personnel assessments. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and the individual working at the drive-thru window was rude. My food was not even warm when I finally received it. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience at this Charley's Cheesesteaks location. I gave it another shot, and the Parm-Garlic wings are delectable. But ... Three strikes! The Charley's Cheesesteaks at White Marsh Mall food court is well managed, efficient, and very customer friendly!
