Koala Tea Boba Inc

This is my second time here and this time the service was a bad experience. It Took a long time to get my order and the music was too loud. I really like the boba drinks and I will visit again and hopefully there will be more employees to help out.

Went there during the weekend about 30 mins after they opened and was planning to order a few drinks but was told they don't have boba at all. Uhmm I thought this is a boba shop?

Service is friendly, but they take a long time to make my drinks. Three separate orders after me were given out and I'm still waiting on my drink. 19 mins for one drink. Another time they forgot the boba and I had to drive all the way back. When I told them it's missing boba, they asked if I wanted it on the side instead of re-making my drink.The one good thing is that their drinks are yummie.

Such a cute boba spot. I love the koala decor and the homelike feeling. Got the passion fruit boba and it was great. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
