Burger King - Parma Heights

Place was pretty empty, but staff was less than motivated to move. The whopper was cold inside and out, but I gave it 3 stars since I didn't get sick.

This place is sometimes hit and miss. Sometimes you get a great meal sometimes not so good

I don't usually review. But I had to.. bought to Jr whoppers both wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, bread was hard and the meat was dry. If these sandwiches are on the heater for more then 30 minutes you should throw them away or just make as their ordered. these have completely been sitting for hours. ?

Horrible experience. We went through the drive through to get a number 7, two 8 piece chicken nuggets and an additional medium coke. The worker who had been taking our order was incapable of TAKING the order. We had asked for a medium sized coke with the meal and JUST cheese on the sandwich and for the additional drink to be Vanilla Coke. He could not remember the order and asked to repeat several times and when we pulled up to the window we did not get a receipt when we paid he only had given us ONE drink so we had to ask for another and while he was getting the food he was using his bare hands to get the fries (we could see from the window) when we checked the chicken sandwhich it had EVERYTHING on it so we politely asked for a new one with just cheese and he took the sandwhich back and used his bare fingers to pick off the extra ingredients. We again ahead to go in to the store physically and ask to be corrected. Terrible experience

1 star is too much. The lady on the speaker was so rude and was talking about me and didn 't know I heard her because she was clearly not paying attention just claimed to be talking to her kitchen place is dirty. One other time I did go there I forgot to ask for BBQ sauce so she climbed through the actual drive through window while smoking. This was my second and LAST ATTEMPT!
