Papa Johns Pizza - Parma

My favorite Papa John’s location. Love the app and the tracker to see approximately how long until your pizza is ready to be picked up. Staff is always friendly.

Ordered crispy wings and they weren't even remotely crispy Krispy. We threw them in the trash. Called the store to let them know and some rude woman just hold on just hung up on us. Didn't want a refund didn't want a replacement just wanted to let the manager know they didn't do their job well. Rude woman, horrible food. Tossed in trash

We ordered pizza from here, and when it was delivered, they forgot the drinks, which is understandable. The delivery driver said he would be right back. After 40 minutes, we called to check on the status. The person who answered the phone had the same name as the driver, but she was really rude. She said that if we still wanted the drinks, she could send them with a delivery person.

My pizza was ready in about 10 minutes, and Ethan was really nice!

The customer service was terrible. I ordered three pizzas, and if you're a person of color, I suggest you steer clear of this place! The total was $45.00, and if I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I didn't ask for thin, but that's what I received—thin and flimsy pizzas!
