The food is consistently fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly, no matter who you encounter. I assume the men in white chef coats are the managers, and they are always very kind and accommodating when it comes to any questions about the menu. My grandma and I frequently dine here, and Lexi, who usually works at the register, is always helpful and one of the kindest people around. Thank you, Piada on Ridge Rd!

When they first opened, I was a bit let down. However, I'm really glad I decided to give it another try recently, especially when I noticed Lexi was working. The pasta has consistently been fresh, and the sauce is always delicious. Lexi has such a bubbly and engaging personality, which is hard to find in customer service these days. This place serves some pretty good fast food. They have some pizza sticks that come with cheese or pepperoni and a sauce that is super yummy. The wraps and salads are so good and fresh. My teens had the pasta and loved it and said they would definitely come back for more.Food: 5/5

I ordered online and there was a system issue. I prepaid but when I showed up my order showed it wasn’t paid for. I didn’t receive an email so I checked my credit card website and even showed it to the cashier. The cashier was extremely unprofessional, she looked and acted like she was on drugs. I stood there for a while and finally the cashier asked someone for help. They just gave me the order and I was on my way. I won’t return to that location, it went down the tubes.
