Sotto - Parramatta

This caffe was so good that I always came back. I ate here 3 times on a 3-day trip. I had the poached ei salsa with salmon, quinoa salat with huhn and haloumi salat with huhn. I would recommend all three dishes. great coffee than.

I have went to this coffee shop twice so far and both times the experience was alright. The eggs, toast, avocado and toast, coffee is spot on. Not a big fan of the almond croissant, but otherwise the food is solid so far. The wifi password is extremely long but the staff is nice enough to give it to you.

Yet to find one that's better!! The Sotto sub is always delicious too with fresh bread, salad and chicken breast. Shoe string fries are served with salt flakes and I recommend the aioli as a dipping sauce.

I didn't know that 2 simple dishes like Fettucine Carbonara and Spaghetti with meatballs could be so absolutely divine. They were both absolutely delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and when we returned to Brisbane, we realised we left our son's hat there (you leave something behind at places you want to visit again, my Nana used to say) and Sotto Cafe were so kind to post it to us in Brisbane! How's that for service!
