Granville - Pasadena

Well, I got a chance to eat here at Granville again but I used to go at Westside. The host at this place was nice and she 's accommodating. We were seated and waited until our waiter came, honestly he didn 't introduce his name or not even friendly. We ordered our food and of course we were not rushing so we don 't mind waiting a bit for our food. Our server was a bit off when we asked to bring us an extra plates, he didn 't because he said we have already . Second, when I asked for 2nd order of breads, he said the bread is $9.00? Like as if so I responded right away and says that 's fine not a problem I think he can say it in a nice way instead of telling us how much it will cost. Never underestimate your customer. In short, service was not great and we have to ask for other person to bring us something we want. I also had a bad experience at Westside with their customer service and that was with the host. This time with the server. I hope they change their customer service of they should learn how to be friendly and assist customers with a smile.

The food was delicious, and service was pretty good as well. We were recommended the Spicy Pasta with shrimp, which ended up tasting amazing, and we also ordered the Poke Bowl, Spicy Chicken Plate, and the Angel Hair pasta. The poke bowl sauce was far too sweet, and the chicken plate wasn’t anything special, but the two pasta dishes were both great.

Food was decent, but the pasta was very tasty! Poke bowl was way to sweet, with a mango sauce that just didn’t fit right. Otherwise, service and other food was very good! Especially pasta. Definitely recommend!

I visited here for the first time for a birthday dinner with my dad's suggestion and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was delicious. The spicy pasta was delicious. My husband said the chicken sandwich is probably the best chicken sandwich he's ever had. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent. Service was great. They have outdoor seating areas at a busy street corner by the shopping mall, cool place to hangout with friends.
