Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pasadena

This place has been downhill for years. They started giving really small portions. And I guess the new manager who's a young guy gets an attitude to salsas it's just ridiculous she can't be so hard for money. Apparently they give you only one sauce for the three pieces offers that don't matter to me to pay for extras, but don't give me any attitude about itParking: Once all staff park there are only usually like two or three places to park, they should have really more parking

You just need to know this place is in Pasadena. North part of Pasadena to be exact. This will tell you everything... Staff at noon are worthless about what to do... You just got the drink right on my order. Everything else was completely wrong. The funny part was, however, that 2 employees wore facial features. But what should everyone ask is if you wear a facial cover, why do they wear it under their chin when they interact with customers????? I guess the oxygen stopped reaching her brain.

This is the cleanest Popeyes; inside and out. This store is the only store where all employees are trained in politeness, customer service and good food safety practices. I've visited this place for years and they are consistent. Never old chicken sitting under lamps, I see everyone constantly washing their hands and wiping and cleaning. I love it. Keep up the awesome work.
