Starbucks - Pasadena

I ordered my drink through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for it. Initially, I was patient, but then I noticed that others who ordered after me were served before me. It was incredibly frustrating. Although no one made a fuss, the service was definitely lacking. I'm uncertain if I will return to this restaurant in the future.

This Starbucks location in Pasadena is one of the busiest I have ever visited, but it is also one of the most impressive. The local community does a great job of supporting the hardworking and likely underpaid baristas. Despite being understaffed, they work diligently and still manage to remember my name every time I visit. I highly recommend this Starbucks, but be prepared for longer lines as a result. I suggest admiring them from a distance while enjoying a delicious brown sugar shaken espresso.

There was a standard 30-minute wait for my mobile order... Can you believe it?

I drank ice today for $6.50 and when I complained, instead of helping me have a 1/2 a cup more of the drink, I was told that's how they make it. I have had this drink numerous times before and that's not how they make it. No more Starbucks for me.

I think this one of the busiest Starbucks I've been to in the mornings, they do hustle and the wait isn't long but it's impressive to see how smoothe they all operate and the staff still be polite and friendly through it
