Bidra med feedbackThey used the same spoon for both the chicken and the tuna.
Rosa did an excellent job; she managed to make five sandwiches in under five minutes! She was incredibly friendly, outstanding, and very welcoming!
I ordered through the app, and I won't be doing that again. What's the point of ordering ahead if I had to stand there and watch her make my sandwich after serving three other customers who walked in? The woman was a bit unfriendly, even though I was just waiting patiently. To top it off, she gave me two fewer cookies than I ordered. I won't be using the app or visiting this location again.
Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Only two bread choices: Wheat or honey wheat. Asked for it toasted but they had already shut the toaster down for the night. Not sure if management is requesting them to do this but a customer at 9:59 is still a fullcustomer. Especially one that's there almost an hour before closing.
This restaurant is part of a franchise, so I believe they need to better align their practices with their branding. This review doesn’t reflect on the owner, as the employees were friendly and did a great job. However, I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich to go, and it was disappointing. It was only 12 centimeters long, filled with excessive lettuce, and had very little else. There were just a few tablespoons of tuna, some bell peppers, and a few other ingredients. I was hungry and ate it all, but it felt like I was just eating bread. I understand Subway wants to keep costs down to remain competitive in the fast food market, but serving low-quality food is not the path to success. I've noticed this issue worsening over the years. I have no plans to return to Subway. There are several other sandwich shops in Pasadena that are twice the price but will provide a hundred times more satisfaction. Also, on a side note, I find the display of a politically charged symbol, like the American flag associated with Megan Rapinoe, to be inappropriate in a place where I go to enjoy a meal. Lunch should not be a political statement.
