Wendy's - Pasadena

This is already the most white trash Wendy's in a 15 mile radius and you're probably getting spit in everything you order anyway, but for the past couple of months they had been renovating and the information the franchise owner submitted to Google reflected that they were temporarily closed. I have wasted my time driving to this place 3 times in the last 3 weeks when I am working in the area because the owner changed the Google information to say that they are open; they are not. I hope enough people feel the way I do so that the franchise owner is forced to sell and someone competent can take over and clean this place up when it's actually open again.

Both burgers came out pink, then when we got the new ones, my husband's still had the paper that separates either the raw patties or the cheese in his sandwich. He ate atleast 2 bites of the paper. I get they were rushing because they were busy but that doesn't excuse undercooked food and paper put in the burger. Definitely won't be coming back.

Overall pretty disappointed with our experience today. The juice boxes that came with our kids ' meals were missing their tiny straws. Luckily we were taking the food home, so we could cut the juice boxes and pour into cups, but if we had been eating on the run, the kids wouldn 't have been able to drink their drinks. Most disappointing was the Baconator meal we ordered for over $10. The photo on the menu shows a huge sandwich with 2 thick patties and 2 layers of bacon. We received a sandwich with 1 thin patty and 2 slices of bacon. It was about the same size as the Jr Bacon cheeseburger we ordered. I 'm guessing we received the wrong sandwich, but didn 't know until we got home and opened it.

My mother and I had stopped here for lunch. We ordered our food and took it home to eat. I had ordered the nugget meal and I do have a bad tooth but Wendy's nuggets are always cooked perfect and softer. Well I get home and I could only eat two of them. They were almost burnt. I even gave one to the dog and she had a hard time chewing it. I had to throw them away. I was very disappointed in our lunch.

Had to leave 20 min didn't order, other guests were there over 30 min with no food. Ended up taking kids elsewhere for dinner. Was taking too long. Noone behind counter seemed to know what was going on. People were coming back in with completely wrong food and there was only 1 order on the screen waiting so didn't even seem they were backed up on orders. Just noone seemed to care.
