Whataburger - Pasadena

I have ordered from this restaurant through the app a few times, hoping that they were just busy and that the service would improve. However, I have consistently experienced terrible service. Despite ordering ahead of time, the wait is always too long, and they always forget something in my order. The quality of the food is hit or miss - sometimes it's good and fresh, other times it arrives cold.

Upon arrival, the restaurant was bustling with activity. A staff member was efficiently delivering trays and making sure all customers were happy. He was also preparing take-out orders and checking on other tasks. When I received my order, he stopped what he was doing just to hold the door open for me - his name is Cedric! I want to thank Cedric for his hard work and excellent service.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. It took a ridiculous 30 minutes just to get my order, and when I finally received it, I was disappointed. The chicken strip in my order looked more like popcorn chicken and was incredibly small. I might as well have gone to Chick-fil-A instead.

Thank you James! I come there from time to time. Yes it?s a great place and reminds me of my childhood and the staff is always doing their job, but James goes above and beyond! Every time I go there he is running and cleaning and helping. This is whatbrings me back! Thank you for having James be a part of your restaurant. James and the twins are the people that makeWhataburger the place we remember from our childhood! Great people who are thankful and enjoy helping others! Thank you all forwho you are!!! They may sell our Whataburger up north now but no one does it like you guys here in Texas!!!

I couldn't find anything to dislike about the Big W. Even though my order wasn't exactly right, it was still fine because we had mustard and mayo in the fridge. Unfortunately, we didn't have any pickles. One of our burgers was missing its slice of cheese and fresh onions, but luckily we had those in the fridge as well. The burgers were hot and tasty, and the fries were perfectly salted. The only downside was the long wait to receive our order, but it was worth it as the food was still hot and delicious when we finally got it home.
