Subway - Pasadena

Ate here frequently (used to be walking distance from work). Most subways I frequently went to were not reliable (out of stock on things, etc). This one was very reliable and quick. The team here does a great job.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Female staff looked at current customer to say that I 'm trying to close. Said I can 't get anything done to close! All the while looking at my son, wife, and me. Couldn 't order two different types of sandwiches because product was all out. Was rude when my wife asked a question about what else she can order. Not returning to this Subway.

Always super friendly staff. quick, efficient and clean.

Excellent service. Fast. The gentleman served a gluten free meal along with a regular meal and asked the appropriate questions in concern to cross containing.

Food wasn't prepared at all how i ordered it.Asked for extra sauce, extra pickles and got neither.
