Krystal - Pascagoula

-5 Stars.?????. Its A Dump. Location: 2603 Denny Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567. One star because zero or negative isn’t available. Order was completely wrong. It’s filthy and apparently there isn’t a health inspector in the area. Message to the owner…. Shut it down. Remodel and clean it or cut your losses. The people working there don’t care and can’t put an order together to save their lives.

Employees slow as hell on Sunday Manager rude as hell. A lot of arguing with customers.Going on this sunday morning. A lot of cursing was going on.I am a doordasher.I should not have to witness

After knowing the kind of wait that is involved in going to this store, I ordered online to try to skip the wait. I arrived 2 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready by and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order even though there wasn't a single car in their parking lot. Then to top it off when I got home I noticed that neither of the two Roadie drinks had a single piece of ice in them and they were flat tasting. Also, I order 24 cheese krystal's and 12 of them were supposed to have chili on them and didn't. So I paid over $7 for chili that I didn't receive on my 12 krystals. And the food all tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It all tasted horrible. Tonight was the final straw for me with Krystal's. I definitely will not ever be back to another Krystal's ever again. And I will definitely be letting everyone I know not go there unless they want horrible food that isn't prepared fast enough to be considered fastfood.

Yikes. That's all I can say. I've never been to a Krystal and I never will again. The employees were not attentive and super slow. The place is dated and dingy and doesn't look (and feel) clean. Food was not even mediocre, it was only barely edible. Entirely unpleasant experience .
