Bidra med feedbackReasonable price. Enjoyed the shabu shabu with different soup. We had a great time. The buffet food though lacks varierty.
We were a group of 17 friends and the dinning experience was awesome. Food was really good. The 90 minutes all you can eat timing seemed little at the beginning but actually we stayed eating for almost 120 mins and no one came to tell us to stop. Service was good and nice. The overall experience was amazing and the price paid was worthy.
The sisters in my high school were vacationing in Manila as they were retired and deserved it after raising us generations of Catholic youngsters through the most tumultuous times of our lives. So I decided to make them try something new and I didnt want just another buffet, aside from the fact that they wont eat that much. I stumbled upon Shaburi, while looking for places in Taguig which they said they wanted to see. The menu needs some bit of research, a couple of calls and more research. I found the FB page and understood it a bit. this is how you do it:1. Order the plate you want: Pork Beef other options- wagyu, seafood, combo, etc2. Decide if you want: 1 plate 2 plates unli3. order the broth for the hot pot4. go to the buffet which has: fresh vegetables and fish balls cooked dishes - chicken wings, fish ball, noodle dish- choose sauces to go with it beef gyudon was delish side dishes - sweet corn ball, sweet potato thingie, french fries? soda, juices, iced tea dessert- soft serve ice cream, fresh fruits coffee- not sure? You have 90 minutes to replenish your plate from the buffet that goes with the chosen plate. It starts when you get your meat plate, so basically, its a lot of time, as we went and got our plates full even before we got the meat plate.I called and made reservations on the phone but should have asked for a nicer table for 8. They gave us 2 tables with a partition in the middle- bummer. Service was good, it depends which staff you talk to, I talked to several before I finally got lucky with one who actually did what I asked him to do. Overall a nice experience for my guests.
I'm writing this review after visiting Shaburi Restaurant for the 3rd time. Before visiting the restaurant, I would recommend that you call for reservation especially if your target time is during lunch or dinner as the restaurant can get pretty full and you would not want to waste your time waiting outside. If you call for reservation, make sure to be there on time as they will release your seats to the next in line within 15 minutes. The food was delicious and the soups taste good. My family loves the collagen paitan and sukiyaki soup bases. Your whole table can only order one type of meat level as they would not want to risk sharing. Each one will have their own soup and cooking stove. The restaurant is spacious and the aesthetic is of course Japanese. For the price you will pay, you can order and eat as much as you can including the meat, vegetables, fried Japanese food, rice rolls, drinks and soft-serve ice cream within 90 minutes. Be sure to order only what you can consume as they charge per 100g left over. I'm not really sure how much the charge is because we have never tried paying for uneaten food. During lean hours you can simply walk-in.
Went here for lunch and shared several dishes. Everything was spectacular! All of the food was good and I'd return. Service was great too. No complaints.
