Re:find - Paso Robles

Just go. Our visit here was easily a highlight of our trip. Quality, unique, innovative qualities in their wine, spirits, and cocktail mixes. We went home with 2 cases, a subscription, and their cool ass growler. Heck, go alone if you need to, they have a cool old dog that will be your drinking Buddy . FYI: It was a standing tasting. You 're here to sample, buy their whole catalog, and then go on your merry way. They do have a generous outdoor area with tables and chairs to relax, if you should need to sober off.

Great little spot in Paso Robles. Taste their wines and spirits as part of their tasting, which is a great value. The staff was very warm and inviting, bocce court, bag toss, and some tables outside. Would recommend!

One of my fav stops during our little wine tour of Paso. We came during our minimoon and they had a sweet little congratulations sign waiting for us at our table. We were helped by Mrs. Villicana herself, and all of their drinks were excellent. Their wines are very good but I think what makes them stand out is the fact that they have a distillery that repurposes some of their barrels and grapes, and they make really cool, delicious liquors. The tastings are held on their spacious patio with a sweet old dog who greets guests. We left with four bottles and loved the experience. Highly recommend this venue!

The staff is super friendly and I enjoyed my tasting. The wine is fine, but where they stand, their spirits are. This is one of the more beautiful vodkas that I tasted, smooth and something you can encounter. I'm also a fan of her Limoncello. I finally tasted her cumquat liquid, which has a big smell, but was a bit bitterer than I could personally treat. You publish other spirits throughout the year, so keep an eye for various products to try.

REALLY enjoyed our tasting here! We just came to try the distillery, but fortunately the tasting includes both the distilery and the winery, so we HUGE fans of their liqueurs and wine (PLUS we entered the club) You have a rotating seasonal vodka and we were randomly here when kumquat vodka available, SPOT ON with the taste! Even I personally don't think about gin or whiskey as a funnel, but wow they do good! We also loved all 3 Villicana wines that we tasted, the grapes, the chicks and the Merlot!
