Mediocre food can be off set by good service. I Placed an order on the mobile app. Said order would be done by 5:15 was there and waited. Employees looked at me and walked away. Checked the app it said to go to the window where I was greeted by thenastiest attitude I have ever seen. (This was one of the same employees that looked at me at the front and walked away. I wastold (With an angry and argumentative tone. That I would be given my food at the window this time next time go to the frontdoor. I apologized for any misunderstanding and I tried to explain that we did what the app said to do. I was told I was wrong.The employee turned away from me and made a statement to the others inside. My food was shoved out the window to me. There wasno name tags visible I think it was on purpose.
Avoid You like the plague. Whatever they did with the famous recipe was a total disaster. My husband and I met an evening on the way home and KFC sounded like the ticket. When we (finally) got our chicken dinner, we both noticed how UN-Appetizing it smelled while driving home. As soon as we opened the boxes, we were hit with the smell of garbage in the face. Yeah, that's just like in the dumpster. Under a bite or two, our suspects were confirmed; her frying oil was called DAYS. Two full $7.00 dinners went straight to the garbage and we haven't been back since. Why bother? Save time and money and go somewhere else.
I've visited the KFC in Pataskala, OH multiple times, and I've consistently received great service and delicious food. Recently, I had an issue with my drive-thru order because I accidentally dropped my bag (entirely my fault), but the staff and managers were incredibly courteous and replaced the missing food (mainly fries) without any extra charge. Dealing with them has always been a pleasure. Thank you!
I absolutely love KFC's mashed potatoes! I understand that this is fast food, but it has a unique vibe that's different from typical fast food places. Unfortunately, I had to give it four stars instead of five because it was challenging to find a clean, stable seat. I ended up choosing a table that was relatively tidy. Who is responsible for allowing this seating situation—either the branch manager or district manager? It's disappointing because the overall image is so important for KFC.
