A Dessert - Patchogue

I'm here twice. Rolled ice is fantastic. Worth waiting.

We stopped checking the Bar A Dessert after dinner in Patchogue. They were open before softopen but open and seemed to have their ducks in a row. If they didn't say I didn't know. We ordered a rolled ice cream and a Tiramisu sphere The ice was interesting. It's a similar idea to Coldstone, but these guys put it flat and let it freeze... Then they scratch the ice sheet and roll the ice. It was loud... It was great for date night, but I could see that it takes a long time in the summer. The Tiramisu was sent as course 2 and was great. It was really on the point! They are wounded in the summer. The food needs time and I hope they find out how to speed up the process without sacrificing quality. I'm looking forward to another delicious treat... I just hope next time I'm not in a long line...

Great dessert presentation and taste is on point. I saw the ice cream maker carefully wipe excess ice cream off the edge of my cup before handing it to me. It's obvious they nurture each dessert item with TLC before sending them out to their customers. 10/10 would come back.

Amazing rolled ice cream! The desserts are all beautifully put together with incredible attention to detail. Great teas too! The owner also takes the time to come around and say hi whenever we're there and makes sure everything is perfect, he obviously takes great pride in his work!

Everything is just delicious! I would highly recommend their chocolate fondants!!!
