Ralph's Famous Italian Ice - Patchogue

Owner of Patchogue Ralph?s ices is an extremely rude and unprofessional person. I will never patronize this particular establishment again! My daughter ordered from the menu, asking for a sundae (she pointed to the picture and stated the name of what she wanted). She was given something totally different and asked for the item to be replaced. She was told to throw out the item and then the owner told her she had to purchase a new ice cream. When I called she was rude to me as well. All she cares about is money. She told me and my daughter that if she replaced the ice cream she would be losing money. I am disgusted by this!

The old woman at the counter I?m assuming is the owner is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE !! I have never ever seen someone so disrespectful and unprofessional! She gave my family an I a nasty attitude the entire time, unbelievable! All the other staff members are so friendly deliver outstanding customer service and then there?s her a miserable human being!

I went to Ralph?s with my parents to get ice cream and the manager who?s an old lady took our order but got my moms order wrong and when we tried to ask for if she can remake the Palm Tree Ralfie she no and said once a costumer touches it no refunds/remakes and she gave us such attitude that we started going to a different Ralph?s and we would also leave this Ralph?s when we saw the old lady there. The young teens always tell us what we ordered at the end but the old lady never did which caused her to mess up my moms order. Never taking service from that b!t by manager ever again.

Always a great summertime spot to grab any kind of icies you like. Ralph's has a number of locations to visit.
