Dunkin' - Paterson

This Dunkin' Donuts location was quite disappointing. The new staff appeared unmotivated and unfriendly. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:30 PM, placed my order, but when I reached the window, the worker simply locked the window without saying a word. I waited for quite some time as they walked around the store, seemingly ignoring me. Despite being scheduled to close at 10:00 PM, they had already shut everything down at 9:30. When I inquired if a manager was on duty, I was told no. I’m looking forward to addressing this issue in the morning. The rudeness and lack of customer care were completely unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer.

When I finally reached the window, I was met with no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. Instead, I was handed a bag of donuts, a wrap, and two teas—none of which I had ordered. I explained the situation to the young lady working there, who went to speak with someone I assumed was the manager. When she returned, she insisted that I was mistaken and that the items I received were indeed my order. The manager then approached the window and seemed quite irritated. She claimed, "I know this is your order because I took it. This is what you ordered." Her demeanor came off as rude and condescending. As a college-educated individual, I felt confident in my knowledge of my own order. I politely declined the items, handed back the tea, and began to drive away. As I left, the manager made a disrespectful comment, but I chose not to engage further. It was clearly not worth my time. I believe she should either receive retraining or be replaced, as her customer service skills are seriously lacking. Unfortunately, they've lost a loyal customer because of this experience.

No matter if I place a mobile order or walk in, the staff is always incredibly kind and friendly, and they tend to work quickly. The restaurant is consistently very clean as well.

This dd by far is perhaps the worst dd you could ever visit. Employees are 10/10; very kind and friendly, awesome peeps. Manager is complete opposite. Store is clean and well maintained. Food quality is 1 out of 10. Order customizations like cheese, bread,extra meat are 100% ignored this is a guarantee; they will NOT do customizations unless you go back and cause a fuss. Worst service ever they reject costumers at the door and they send them back to the drive thru when is only 6pm no i wouldn?t recommend this D&D at all
