I recommended these guys to all my hookah friends. Customer service is A1. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Got 2 of the hard to find Mason shishaware onyx bowls. Very fast shipping as well.

I don’t smoke nor do I go any of these places but my friend just stopped by to buy some charcoal, the guy jacked the prices on him and of course when my friend argued with him he lowered the price back to the normal price that others charge for this same item except for one problem, He packed the boxes quickly and gave him stuff that expires in a month when my friend realized, the guy argued that this is all he got at the store. How about some disclosure. I was never into the whole review thing but nowadays I feel the need to expose the lacks of basic work ethics that seems to only get worse unfortunately.
