Grill Town - Patra

Very rude staff. I ordered, finished my meal and then I asked why they don't provide some water to the customers. Maybe I am wrong and maybe I can't have access to some water and my point of view is unreasonable. I understand... However the member of staff to whom I adressed my issue told me that he just works there. So I asked him to tell this to the manager/owner of the shop and he replied that he is gonna go on vacation soon.. Either he is very smart and he knows how to handle complaints (kekw) Or over there its allowed to answer random stuff to people when they have complaints? After I turned my back and I was about to leave he was talking with other members of staff and I asked him again if he did pass my complain to them. He asked me why should I tell them, and that I should tell them if I wanted to... I had the obligation to explain to this guy that I just wanted to share my complain with one person and that he has to pass it over to someone else because it's not my job to do this. I think elementary school students would understand this. I did write this because I wanted the management to see what's going on behind their back and also to go against this guy's will to hide my complain yesterday(18 July around 00:30). Civilized people please stay away.

One of the best gyros in Patras. Very nice staff and prices were fine.

Very quick to eat. Within 2 minutes from the order. The place was very busy and the staff was well organised. Food was good and servings big

We ate Gyros, it was very good. One thing does not like it, did not find an English menu. The waitress helped, but not the same.

Good and service was great in the center of the city.
