Baskin-robbins - Patterson

Great place for enjoying a delicious scoop of ice cream.

This restaurant is a combination of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts. We opted for Dunkin'. What's not to love about Dunkin'? The food is tasty, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The menu may not be the healthiest, but it sure tastes good. The parking is adequate and the location is conveniently close to the highway exit off Rt. 22 in Paterson.

I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and my wife ordered a single scoop dish, but we were surprised to find that we received nearly the same amount of ice cream. My scoops were noticeably smaller than hers. Additionally, we did not order any extras, but we were still charged for them. The quality of the ice cream was decent, but not exceptional enough to make up for the small portion sizes and higher than expected bill.

This restaurant was a complete disaster. My friends and I waited for our drinks for over 10 minutes, only to receive the wrong ones in the wrong sizes. The older woman working there got into an argument with us, while the younger woman quickly fixed the mistake. The older woman refused to believe we had ordered anything, but eventually the younger woman intervened. The manager then stormed over to our table, acting like a child throwing a tantrum. After we explained what happened, we finally got our correct drinks, but the manager continued to yell at us and insisted we were in the wrong. We will never be returning to this establishment, and we advise others to avoid it as well. Unless you enjoy being accused of wrongdoing and dealing with unprofessional staff, steer clear of this place.
