Panda Express - Patterson

No fresh food or no food made every time I go there. Customer service tell the customer no you didn't order a bigger plate when we have. I gave it way to many chances and I will never go back to this establishment. I only wish I can mark 0 stars. The employees need to be maxed out at 5 bucks an hr that's the type of service you are getting. I feel sorry for the owners.

I went on sunday and had the most friendly employees take my order, i think their names were stephanie and julia. although there was some rude customers when i went, they were very nice and patient. those girls deserve a raise.

Julia working on December 28, 2022 at 9:00 PM (blonde one) is the most rude employee I’ve ever encountered. Everyone else was super nice.

Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Especially an associate named Julia, as I was enjoying my meal I hear her not only just yell across the room at customers, there was also an elderly couple who were just trying to order and she was being very loud, rude, impatient, and overall confusing to the couple. Truly disgusting behavior, it made me not even want to enjoy my meal anymore.

Girl helping us was rude. Stated to her co-worker that she just wanted to go home already as she proceeded to ignore us. Didn 't wait to see if we wanted anything else, she just told us to pay at the counter. Didn 't offer anything else. And forgot our teriyaki sauce. Portions were smaller than usual as well. Place has gone downhill fast.
