Meraki - Pátzcuaro

Meraki bistro is a beautifully decorated restaurant with appealing art prints and inventive dresses that are made with fresh and high quality ingredients. the owner is incredibly gracious, friendly and wise! she led me to a vegetarian and gluten-free salate that was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. my man (who does not have to eat gluten-free) had an incredible sweetburger. I think he has licked the plate clean! although I couldn't eat the dessert of the crepes, I have the soak that had lovely and complex fruits (and flower naromes). we also loved the paved jalapenos that the server brought while we waited for our meal. highly recommended!
