Dunkin' - Peabody

The sign on the door indicates that they are open until 10 PM, but it's currently 8 PM. I can see someone inside, yet the door is locked, and they refuse to let me in. This was not a pleasant experience.

It's a Dunkin'. It was clean and they were fast and friendly.

I've used the drive-thru several times, and they always seem to make a mistake with my order. The app didn't let me apply any specials either. However, the manager was fantastic and very accommodating.

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. The wait was really long, and the person taking my order sounded completely indifferent. When I went to pay, he started rummaging through the tip jar, which made me think he was looking for change. But instead, he just handed me the bills and went back to work without giving me the coins I was owed. I didn't want to wait around for him to snap out of it.
