Chipotle Mexican Grill - Peachtree City

I've only been to this Chipotle a couple of times, and it's reminded me why I don't visit frequently anymore. The food is bland, and the spice combinations just don’t work. It doesn’t taste like the other Chipotles I’ve been to. Additionally, they are quite stingy with their portion sizes; in one of my hard tacos, I counted just three pieces of chicken! I often wonder how I didn’t notice it sooner. The food is unseasoned, and sometimes the service is frustratingly slow, whether I’m driving through or dining in. I usually look for other dining options before choosing this place.

I decided to give Chipotle another shot for dinner. The service was once again excellent. This time, I ordered a steak bowl while my wife opted for a salad bowl with chicken. However, I was still disappointed by the lack of dressing options, as they only offer their house vinaigrette. We also bought chips, but they were very stale and inedible, in my opinion. In a direct comparison, even though there's a lot that’s similar between the two, Moe's clearly comes out on top.

I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant if you're using DoorDash. Two out of the four items I received were completely incorrect. Although the labels on the containers were accurate, the contents were entirely different. When I contacted the restaurant, they insisted I needed to go through DoorDash, even though the driver picked up what was meant to be my order. Essentially, if you order through a third-party service, they can provide you with whatever they choose and do not feel obligated to resolve the issue.

Every time we visit, it's truly disappointing. Not a single table was clean, and they consistently run out of food options, despite having several staff members in the kitchen. Can't anyone take a moment to wipe down a table? There were no other customers dining in because of the messy environment. The trash was overflowing, the soda machine was out of order, and there were no utensils available. The last time we were there, we received rude comments when we inquired about ordering a quesadilla and whether more food was being prepared. They bluntly told us, "No, you can only order that online, and we're out of everything else." This has become a regular issue at this location, so we’ll be choosing to eat elsewhere for our average quality food fix. Thank you.

It was nearly three months ago when we first encountered this restaurant. Even before we got to the food, the enticing aroma filled the air, and the dishes looked absolutely flawless. Once we got home, we were practically dancing with joy! I have no idea who the head chef was that day, but it felt like the entire kitchen poured their heart into the food. It truly tasted like love. I think I paid cash that day, so unfortunately, I can’t recall the exact date of our visit.
