Bidra med feedbackWe had a negative experience with the service at this restaurant, particularly with the Indian woman working there. She made mistakes with our order and seemed more concerned with her personal items like ear-picks. The ice cream we ordered came in a cone that was half-melted, causing it to become soggy and fall apart. At $6 per cone, we were very disappointed and do not plan on returning.
I visited this restaurant today at 11:55 a.m. and was completely ignored upon entering. I hope it wasn't because of my skin color, but I left after waiting for 5 minutes without being acknowledged.
Marble Slab Creamery offers custom mixed ice cream with a variety of toppings. The restaurant is conveniently located across from Chick-fil-A in Peachtree. It has improved greatly since the past and is situated next to Eyelab. There is a wide selection of ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from, as well as the option to customize your order. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they quickly fulfill orders, accommodating any special requests. There are also many other restaurants nearby, making it a nice option for dessert after a meal or a refreshing treat on a warm day.
This is one of my family and my favorite ice cream spot. The ice cream taste homemade and you can mix different flavors as well as add ons.My favorite is chocolate chips added to a scope of Sweet Cream and Dark Chocolate on a Chocolate dipped cone or waffle bowl. Absolutely delicious.Excellent customer service.
Marble Slab was a family tradition for over 15yrs. After my experience with the owner this past weekend I'll never go back. Store smelled like sewage when we walked in...not a good thing around consumables. As I was perusing the flavors I saw one called Charcoal Mocha...not your usual flavor so I asked for a sample. The owner said they no longer give samples. I asked what if I order a cup and I don't like it. His response, and I quote: I guess you need to get a flavor you already know. Guess it explains why it was empty.
