Wendy's - Peachtree City

The service here is absolutely disgusting. They gave me the wrong food and when I brought it to their attention, they were irritated and caught an attitude with me and accused me of lying. When I finally got my right order, it was cold as if it had been outside for a while.

My food was fresh and I received exactly what I ordered. The service was speedy and the customer service was friendly. I recommend this location to others because rarely can you find a fast food restaurant that is fresh, fast, accurate and friendly.

The service was swift and precise. The burger was substantial. I really appreciated the discounted price from the coupon!

It seems that my experience at this Wendy's has been quite disappointing. The manager, Kelly, has been consistently rude to both my 16-year-old daughter and me. This location appears to be one of the worst I've encountered. I will think twice before spending my money here again.

Absolutely terrible. The customer service was horrendous; the staff didn’t take my order correctly and ended up bringing me the wrong food. They seem to ignore customers completely! I suggest finding another Wendy's for better service—don't waste your money here. Wendy's needs to get their act together quickly.
