Panda Express - Pearl City

One of my favorite restaurants of all time. The food is always fresh and delicious.

I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The manager kindly gave me the bathroom code without any hassle, and the facilities were well-maintained. I made sure to take photos of the restroom and dining areas for this review. The restaurant was clean and inviting overall, and the food looked fresh and hot. I would definitely eat here again if in the area. The only downsides are that it can be a bit hard to spot from the road and the parking lot is small. I suggest parking on the street or closer to the Sam’s Club nearby.

I placed an order over the phone at 7 o'clock and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order. I was in a rush and had hoped the timing would be accurate, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting a total of 50 minutes in a long line. There was no designated pick-up area for phone orders.

Panda express some of your employees need to show a little bit more courtesy and respect when customers shows up to pick up their online order. For one I'm not a thief and your're not giving me the food for free. I don't feel comfortable giving my full phone number in front of other customers. Is it a policy to have customers yell out their phone number just to collect the food that they're paying for? Also there is this one specific female worker, when my husband and I shows up to pick up our online order, she wants a last name, first name and full phone number. I'm surprised she has't ask for our licenses and registration yet! I don't know if its an ego thing for her or to make her feel like she have a little a bit of power. But this specific woman is very demeaning and rude, my husband and I don't appreciate being treated like that. I'm sure she knows who she is. We have been picking up our order since the pandemic started, so I don't know why they're not familiar with us. Or they just choose to give us a hard time. If this continues to happen, we'll just take our business else where!!

Super clean all the time. Generous portions and very friendly staff. Food is always great and freshly made.
