Cicis Pizza - Pearland

More than 5 empty trays at one point, no pizza for over 30 minutes. Soil dipped in ice and I personally saw a little girl slipping and falling. Do not come to this place, just go to the league city!!!

This place was the worst of Cici. There was hardly a salad for the salad. I went to the guy who cut pizza and asked if he was the only one here. He said no, but he took our money into the register, which means he was the cashier, then pizza was also taken out. I told him I need a personal pizza and there was no salad for the bar. He inserts my pizza order and picks up the salad and fills the same container. It was terrible. Salad without tomatoes... what is this for salad??? Looks like he's the only one who works there. The pizza came out and it's not personal that the rest went on the bar. The pizza barely had blows, let alone cheese. At the sight of the other pizzas on the bar they all looked like that. Absolutely not come back!

First experience with CiCi pizza. I was super shocked at the price. It was so cheap especially to have an open buffet. The employees look exhausted and burned out though. The whole store was dirty with plates and pizza thrown all over the floor/tables. The game room was inoperable. The best part for me was the salad. The pizza was mainly just bread with very tiny toppings. I did enjoy seeing the rotation of the pizza, but the quality was not tasty. They also served pasta.

This Cicis is absolute garbage. The ranch tastes funny, all of the games take your money, and every pizza either has jalapeños or has been sitting for an hour or two. Also, something hangs out of the tea dispenser. Disgusting. Won?t be back even though the kids like to come for the games but for what, they all have out of order signs. 2 stars because it?s edible. Yes, buffet is open during post pandemic drama! The cashier was super nice and the pizza was in line with the CiCis you remember! Mac Cheese pizza was really good this time around too! Clean restaurant and small arcade to make the kids leave you alone was A . Gumball machines from olden' days are a nice touch!
