Shipley Do-nuts - Pearland

Love this place, and the staff is so sweet!!! Great coffee and great donuts! the sausage jalapeno cheddar is the best

I’m very upset. I always come here and I asked for six donuts and they gave half of them wrong. I know they get busy on the weekends and ask people to come help but the person that helped me seemed like he didn’t know what chocolate glazed donut was and gave me the wrong ones.

Kolaches were good, but donuts were stale!!! And hard!! Not satisfied

I really love the dozen mixed donuts. It always brings smiles to my kids when they see all the different colors.

This was the worst Shipley's I've been to. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. I asked for a DOZEN plain glazed, 2 Chocolate filled and a cinnamon sugar donut. I received 6 plain, 1 chocolate filled and a cinnamon twist. The Chocolate filled was so liquid it was as if they'd diluted the filling with water. I was not in a happy place that Shipley's usually takes me to. I've been going to Shipley's for 50 years and this location was my first bad experience. So, it's not against Shipley's in general, just this location that isn't really concerned about their customers.
