Bidra med feedbackSolid chain restaurant to get a good steakhouse experience in a casual environment. Eating is solid, but nothing special definitely meets the desire for steak or other Southclasses. The exception is their chicken fried chicken and steak. You're very good! The free rolls of bread are addicted. Food: 4/5
I ate from three different branches and that was the worse. All I got from here was dry, my order was not complete and they delayed the order. Nothing made sense, even the roles for which they are popular, it was not. I asked for cutlery, but I didn't find any. You have to do better. The bacon tasted as if it was fried with an oil previously used to freeze fish or seafood, and also very dry. The burger was dry and tasteless. The staff in the kitchen must have a terrible day to pamper my dinner, I was looking forward to this meal. Total waste of money.
This is such a great restaurant but unfortunately everyone knows it so there is always a wait now. We thought at 3:30 on a Saturday we were probably okay but to the hostesses credit it was a 30 minute wait which is what we were told. Service was wonderful except for four people including the manager never being able to find the remote to change the channel on the TV in the annex. Food is always quality here but I had ordered a medium ribeye and when it came to the table it was medium well but i was so hungry I didn't send it back. Overall worth the wait and a great value for a quality steak.
Ordered a filet medium rare and got it raw. I sent it back and took them 20 minutes to return it. Not a single apology from service or management.
After a morning/early afternoon of watching the wifey fish, we were tired, hot and sweat, so of course we decided to go eat at Texas Roadhouse. It was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was only 20 minutes, not bad. I was really excited when I walked in and saw all the cuts of nests in the cooler. I knew then that I would have to order one of them. (Also took souvenir photo of meats) so I ordered the 12 oz rib-eye smothered with mushrooms and onions, because that 's how I roll. It didn 't disappoint, it came out a perfect medium well and it didn 't stay on my plate long. Oh I also got a dinner salad and loaded baked potato, but who are we kidding? I was there for the ribeye! One side note that I don 't quite understand, I asked my server, the host and a manager there to change the tv to a football game that I wanted to see that was on cbs. I did this as soon as I sat down at my table. It took about 15 minutes before they informed me that in order to do this they would have to get the remote from the bartender. Apparently the bartender doesn 't like to share them or maybe they didn 't know where the bar was. I 'm not sure why this was such a problem but as I was finishing my meal and paying the bill there was still horse racing on the tv and the search party sent out by the manager to find these bar remotes was unsuccessful. I 'm worried about them, I regret not getting another group of employees to hunt for them.
