Mario's Bakery - PEDRENGO

Have been going to Mario’s Bakery for several years now , but only recently looked at their reviews on TripAdvisor and am forced to write a review as it should have more than a 5 star rating and so would like to counter some of the criticisms and so guarantee a good experience for future food aficionados We work for an airline and have travelled the world for over 30 years and have visited a vast array of eateries so feel fully qualified to write a review on Mario’s Bakery Mario’s Bakery is , if not the best , then one of the very best bakeries we have ever found . For this reason we travel 30 km or nearly half an hour specifically to go to this bakery , and as often as we can . For a breakfast , their bakery items are quite simply superb , with the very best and healthy ingredients. (We have had far too many !!! as they are too good to resist. The coffee is select and very smooth For lunch they have an extensive weekday bistro menu . Very generous portions and extremely good value We have sampled the Hamburger , Pasta Al Ragù, the Tuna salad , and the Sliced Beef dish . We also had an amazing plate of Ribs which I would have every day given the chance. All is top quality The Weekend lunch Bistro menu also includes the Pasta , Hamburger and Meat favorites along with some “healthier” or lighter options. The staff are also superb. Friendly , helpful and product knowledgeable . We have not met “Mario” himself but he has created an excellent establishment The Bakery itself is bright , airy and spotless as well as being dog friendly Some of the criticisms are based on the pricing but they clearly use the very best ingredients and the lunch menu itself is without doubt fantastic value It is neither a supermarket bakery nor a fast food outlet , it is an exceptionally good eatery that provides top quality food fast and it will not disappoint !!!

We chose this place to have our breakfast every morning during our stay. A seller speaks English so that communication was not a problem, and the pastries... My God, they were delicious! Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice to slide it and we had a perfect breakfast. The bakery has a beautiful and large interior, so many can stay inside. Very good place!

Pane eccellente, personale super efficiente e gentile, molti prodotti disponibili davvero voluto.

Location veramente stupenda, curata e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. I loro prodotti salati sono veramente ottimi. I panini sono deliziosi, ben farciti e croccanti! I dolci sono gustosissimi e super particolari.
