Bake Me A Wish Of Westchester

I used this as a last minute effort to allow my friend to have a half decent birthday for once. I ordered in the very early morning, and they cancelled my order AFTER the order cutoff time for next day delivery so that I had no chance of reordering. They claimed they cancelled my order over multiple fraud flags???? I used my own card, my own name, my own address, and phone number which they never even bothered to call before cancelling. Beyond disappointed. This ruined both my and my friend's entire day. I called their customer support line over a dozen times. All it does it send you to a voicemail which means you'll never get a response until it's too late. Absolutely no customer service available anywhere. They should have attempted to call before cancelling. I will never ever use this service again.

Terrible. This company could not change shipping date 4 days before shipping date. My Dad sent me a cake but learned I was going to be away he tried to change the date but this company delivered a cake that sat outside in the Florida sun so I had to throw it away. Not great business when your shipping a cake to Florida and it's not in dry ice and you could not adjust a shipping date several days in advance.

The quality is lacking. I purchased a cake a few months ago and it was dry like cornbread.

The food were nice and great
