I tried to use this service as a last-minute effort to give my friend a decent birthday celebration, but it turned out to be a disaster. I placed my order early in the morning, only to have it canceled after the cutoff time for next-day delivery, leaving me no chance to reorder. They claimed the cancellation was due to multiple fraud flags, but I used my own card, name, address, and phone number. They didn't even bother to call me before canceling. I am beyond disappointed; this ruined the entire day for both me and my friend. I attempted to contact customer support over a dozen times, but all I got was voicemail – no one ever responded until it was too late. The customer service is nonexistent. They should have made an effort to call me before canceling the order. I will never use this service again.

Awful experience. This company couldn't change the shipping date just four days prior to delivery. My dad sent me a cake, and when he found out I would be away, he tried to change the date. However, the company delivered the cake anyway, leaving it outside in the Florida sun, which led me to throw it away. It’s not good business practice to ship a cake to Florida without dry ice, especially when you can’t adjust the shipping date several days in advance.

The quality is disappointing. A few months ago, I bought a cake that was so dry it reminded me of cornbread.
