Bidra med feedbackPeople who work there are very friendly helpful. Some steaks were the best steaks we had in 25 years. Excellent! Thank you.
Loves this place, best meat and sweets in the area!
There's a very caring and nice group of folks running the place. We went on a Saturday and could smell a grill from the highway. That was a surprise, but it brought us in. We were just looking for a farmers market and had the bonus of lunch. They are community-oriented, with determined regulars coming in. The atmosphere is a comfortable one, with a small town feel to settle you in. That was just the lunch before we had done our shopping. The store was very welcoming and I was very surprised at what all they had! There's the produce, meat cuts sold fresh or frozen, and a selection of cheese I couldn't make up my mind about. They also had some novelty items I was pleasantly surprised at. If natural, local-grown food is what you're looking for: stop in. The rest is bonus.
We are so glad this place exists. Definitely worth a visit if they advertise a cookout or barbecue: your taste buds will thank you. If they have some made up, the bacon candy is a must-try. For regular groceries, we love the Kilgus whole milk and the exceptional farm fresh eggs. The milk is a completely different drink from what you buy in most stores and the eggs cost the same as what we would buy at Costco but taste so much better.
Very casual. Cafe style with room for 30 or so. Small grocery section with local locker meats and home crafted goods. The cheese brats (in the grocery) are very creamy and worth trying checking out for yourself. Browse or buy, just stop in and check it out.
