I would give Kroger one star, and that's only because I can't give them none. Their ethics during this pandemic are almost criminal. They claim to operate at 25% capacity but clearly ignore this guideline to prioritize profits over saving lives. It seems they don’t care about anyone as long as they keep making money. On top of that, their pricing is outrageous! It's appalling to see them take advantage of people in such difficult times. I truly hope more people recognize this kind of behavior. It's unprofessional and morally unacceptable.
Today at Kroger, I noticed at least 6 to 8 individuals not wearing masks. I even saw a manager walk right past a whole family without masks and not say a word to them. Why don't they consider having separate hours for those who refuse to wear masks? This way, the other customers could feel safer and more protected.
Terrible customer service. Disappointed in how fast Kroger is going downhill. They will lose many customers if they do not improve how their customers are treated and spoken to.
Was at Kroger in Pekin today amid an unusually hectic crowd of shoppers (naturally). The shelves were nearly fully stocked, employees were scurrying around maintaining some semblance of order and everybody was wearing masks. Next time you’re in Kroger tell the employees how much you appreciate their hard work. And thanks to manager Tracy Blandchard.
