Full Moon -b-que - Pelham

We dined here for the first time last night and had a great experience. The loaded baked potato, potato salad, grilled cheese sandwich, and black-eyed peas were all delicious. The cookies were tasty as well. The staff was friendly and engaged well with my 4-year-old daughter, who really liked them. The layout and decor are typical for this chain. Plus, it’s conveniently located near Oak Mountain Amphitheatre.

We stayed at this place while visiting family in Alabama, and the food was amazing! We definitely felt at home here. We ordered the rib plate, brisket plate, and pig plate, which came with delicious sides including macaroni and cheese, okra, baked beans, and a vinegar-based coleslaw. Everything was so tasty! We also loved the Chow Chow and pickles—they had a nice kick to them. And the sweet tea was exceptionally sweet! For dessert, we tried the half-moon cookies and carrot cakes. They were good, but I’ve had better. Overall, I give this place a 5-star rating because the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Excellent customer service! Delicious food! Fantastic location! Wonderful atmosphere! The walls are adorned with an impressive collection of sports memorabilia. There are televisions displaying various sporting events, and the volume is set just right—not too loud at all. It’s an ideal spot for gathering with friends or groups. The furnishings are clean and well-maintained, and access to the restaurant is easy and convenient.

I loved this place. What a great food and atmosphere. I don't recommend it. I'll tell you to go.

You must try the carrot cake! Some of my favorite bbq in the area. Great sweet tea. Ribs are great as is the BBQ pork. I'm there about once a month.
