Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Pell City

So refreshing to come to a fast food restaurant that was so clean... especially the toilets! We were greeted when we first came to the store by a friendly employee, and the entire staff seemed really worried about doing a good job. We visited the 5th. July 2015 at 4:30 pm and were impressed! Thank you.

Love DQ Pell City!! The folks are awesome, the dining and restrooms are immaculate and the food is DELICIOUS!!

We took a large group of kids to DQ for ice cream... it was still busy from lunch, but the staff was incredible and SO patient taking each child's crazy and extremely specific orders, and answering all their random questions. The ice cream was awesome obviously. THEN one of our kids dropped $16 on his way out and before we even got back to our facility, the DQ manager had called and remembered exactly what the little boy looked like and BROUGHT the money to us. WHAT?! That's what I call service and we'll definitely be back!

Absolutely, the food is fantastic! The restaurant is also very clean, which is a big plus for me. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the management team is incredibly inviting, always looking out for our community. I appreciate our local community even more now. I'm so happy that Pell City has places like this!
