Bidra med feedbackThis is the worst Krystal drive-thru I have ever tried to order from. I have only been successful in placing a single order, and usually have to wait an excessive amount of time. I am unsure if it is a problem with understaffing or if the employees simply do not care, but the service is unacceptable. On one occasion, I was informed that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru because they were preparing for a birthday party inside. Despite enjoying the food, this particular location struggles to efficiently run their drive-thru.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. Avoid visiting this location if you are on a lunch break or in a rush.
