Bidra med feedbackThe food had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time, apparently. Not up to Milo’s standards at this location. Perhaps because it was some time after lunch rush and prior to dinner hour.
I ordered a number 1 no pickle with grilled onions. The drive thru waitress asked me if I wanted a number 2. I said no and repeated my order and asked her to repeat it back to me. At the window they asked me to pull up for 2 minutes for fresh fries. After about 8 minutes I went thru the line again and they had my order sitting at the window. Never intended to bring it out to me. So now my fries are cold and it’s a number 2 with pickles. Not what I ordered with cold fries after I waited 8 minutes for fresh ones. I only get Milos when I drive 45 minutes from out of town. This was awful service.
Purchased 2 burgers, 2 fries, a shake, and a pie we wound up spending about 40 bucks. The food was super fresh which one would hope and expect for having to pull around and wait almost 20 minutes for it. Knowing this is a new shop, and they're getting used to the hustle and bustle of everything I wasn't upset. Hopefully, once the staff is settled in the wait times for a basic order won't be this long. But again, it's worth it. Se definitely will be back.
The order was completely wrong. It wasn't the kitchen's fault; it was the employee at the drive-thru window. If there's one thing we've learned from COVID, it's the importance of checking your order before leaving. I even had to pull over and wait for the corrected order.
I asked the girl if everything was in the bag, and she confirmed it was. However, when I got home, I discovered that my thick burger was missing. It's really frustrating to spend a lot of money and not receive everything you ordered.
