Bidra med feedbackThe food is always very big at Chik Filet, but my problem is with what happened to me here... Make sure to make your online order at this location. This isn't my local store and I accidentally clicked on the mall. Because they're so close that I click, I'm here when I moved up. When we finally realized that I was closed in the wrong place. A member at this point said she would call me to cancel my order and I could order there. She took the phone off and looked at what she said. I said they canceled, and I ordered and paid there. Well, I found the next day my card was calculated and order was not canceled. Other branch refused the refund, was very rude to say that it was my fault and I paid twice for my meal. I had to drive this problem to her headquarters. I understand it says the location on the app has pictures, but if you are unfamiliar with location all restaurants see the same, making its simple mistake. I'm very upset and it's still unresolved.
I went at the beginning of the rain and the drive they line was excessively long and the service was even slower. However I had ordered for pickup and it made it super difficult to get to the parking space to do curbside pickup due to the long drive thru lines. I managed to weave into the area and notified them i had arrived. It took another 15 min to get my order ready. The food was good and the prepared exactly as I customized it for once.
This is VERY VERY upsetting. My family came to get dinner tonight Pembroke Pines location) and we are NOT HAPPY! After a long day from work/ school we finally get home to eat and we?re missing half our order! And how do you serve a salad without dressing?! Am I suppose to eat it dry????!! I asked for no meat on my salad and no one followed directions. I?m very disappointed!!!! What a way to end a long day. Thanks Chick fil a??.
This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have ever had this bad of experience. My salad had a bad strawberry ? that was spoiled. My grilled nuggets were over cooked a little burnt. And this is the first one that literally charged me after having a bill of $55 for a large cup of ice. Charged me for two large cups of ice as two large drinks and she was a manager. I have never experienced this at Chick-fil-A has any one else experience this with them? Stay away from this particular one. Because I have always had nothing but good reviews for all the rest.
Good quality of food, fast service, and it's one of the Better Price have, in this moment of the Fast Food, are not healthy, with so much fat, and bad done!! Also it's always Clean and the Staff are Clean and Professional!! Thank you for be here for us and please Open more Places like yours, because sometimes it's very difficult trying to find Chick-fil-A!!!
