Firehouse Subs Pembroke Pines

Very poor customer service. I gave my card information twice over the phone for a pickup order when I arrived there, the order was not ready. Then they charge me for the wrong order without checking what I wanted. When I asked for a cup, the server looked confused, and I had to remind them again that I ordered a meal. The restaurant wasn't busy. This was 5/2/22 at 7 p.m.

The food was good. I'd just say they wipe every table after people eat there. But I know this could not be possible all the time. That's why I rated my 4 stars.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They carried me patiently by ordering my first sub there and the sub was delicious! I wish I had received the name of the young gentlemen who helped me; thank you again!

Excellent customer service, delicious sandwiches. Win 4 stars as they have coke freestyle machine instead of the normal well that changes the taste of the soda. It was also repaired when I left. Edit: Customer service is still excellent, visited several times. Soda machine works well, loaded with 5 stars. Very recommended!
