Nypd Pizza - Pembroke Pines

I called in to place an order for two pizzas for pickup. It was clear that the girl who took my order was not very engaged, as I ended up receiving a completely different pizza than what I had ordered. The total was supposed to be $30 for the two pizzas, but instead, I only received one box for that amount! This is absurd. It's unbelievable that this restaurant operates like this. They really need to train their staff to confirm orders properly. We didn't even take the box with us, yet we were charged $30. This is unacceptable. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business.

I wish I could leave no stars; their customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a pizza and waited for 30 minutes, but it was never made. The staff member I spoke to said he had only been working there for three days and didn't know how to process refunds. The other employees didn't speak English, which made communication even harder. When a manager finally arrived, he told me that if I came back the next business day, he would give me a pizza. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I will never return.

We dined here for the first time, and our grandchildren absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, and the staff was fantastic—very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience! We will definitely be returning.

It's my favorite place to eat, went in to sit down to eat, and they didn't want to sell by the slice. Never again will I go there. I loved going there with my family, this time it was just me.
