East Side Mario's - Pembroke

It took over 15 minutes to get a salad and that was after asking someone for it as our server didn’t come. Over 35 minutes for dinner and still waiting. We see the manger go behind the bar and grab strawberries out of container for the drinks, with her fingers, not once twice!!! Gross just gross. When waitress did come she apologized, nice but we are hungry. There was a young man acting as a busy boy who got us a 2nd drink when we asked, he was for sure working very hard. The others could learn something from this young man. I would not recommend unless you have lots and lots of extra time to waste. Suggestion to management do not put your bartenders as servers with no back up. They are one person and can not do two jobs!

I stopped at this place out of necessity as I needed to eat. I didn't have good experience in the past. But at this place service is so outstanding and top notch at least with the server we had. The attention, the touchy things. Wow. I would probably drive again to Pemvroke just to experience and enjoy the same service

Pick up-Disgusting and disappointed; tasted like glue and looked worse, fettuccini and spaghetti with meatballs after 2 bites “ hello green bin. Brown lettuce over 75% of their classic salad, old croutons. The only good part of a $50 meal was dessert that East Side Mario’s doesn’t make. Monday January 25, 2021

Went on a Friday, we were about 30 minutes early. I asked if possible to sit now, or I could wait. Seated immediately. Neat contraption for ordering now, they were able to show me how to use the phone to scan the code lol. Server was Belle, beautiful service. Attentive but not intrusive. Enjoyed the safety measures in place, much quieter. I saw the staff clean the bathrooms 3 times in the hour we spent there. Food was yummy. Double bacon carbonara should be triple there was so much.
