Who loves a good chicken bbq? Chiavetta's is always worth the wait, the drive or the time it takes to pull over when you see the smoke and the sign. Love all the side options when you go right to the restaurant in Lockport. Mac and Cheese needs a boost....but everything else is pretty amazing!Food: 5/5

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chiavetta's. I ordered for a graduation party and they were amazing from beginning to end. Their customer service was phenomenal. They helped me figure out how much food I would need, what time I should serve, what sides would be best and answered my bazillion questions. The price is extremely fair for the amount of food we ordered. They communicated very well, which I appreciate. When party day arrived, they were right on time and carried everything in. It was all expertly packed in nice boxes and containers, ready to serve and perfect temperature. The food was AMAZING. I am still getting compliments on how good it was. So many people asked me where it was from. I highly recommend that you choose them for all of your catering needs!

Went there on Father's Day and they ran out of most food which was probably not a typical Sunday. But honestly the food was not great I've had better food at some of their fundraisers. We did have the chicken, coleslaw, and potato salad. I did not care for the coleslaw and the potatoes in the salad we're hard.Food: 4/5

Bought 6 chiavetta's chicken barbecue take out. Sides were finebut the chickens were undercooked. Very disappointing to havechicken that is not done. Was serving out of town guests and was embarrassing that a place that is known for their chicken,and for as long as it has been around, for this to happen isdisgraceful. A lack of quality control.? There was no timeto take it back since we got our food at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Will not be buying any food from here again.

Line to the door with one staff member serving everyone. Understaffed for the lunch rush. Felt bad for the one staff member doing everything but also I really would have appreciated faster service. Another staff member, possibly a manager, was sitting down eating food and working on a laptop while this was taking place.Food: 4/5
