Nasty customer service no respect for customers no focus in the job if you order something they give you the wrong order

Very rude workers..We went up there and they flat refused to make our order the literally told us they were not making our order because they were apparently about to close... Online it states they close at 10pm and we went up there around 8:15pm. Will not be returning

Had a 2. It was hot and delicious. Plenty of meat and cheese. Good sandwich

I just wanna know whose idea it was to leave two teenage kids in there by themselves. I don’t blame them what so ever for my food being prepped and made completely wrong, because they legitimately had the whole store to themselves and were backed up from the bogo footlong orders. I also was not the only one who had their orders made wrong, a few other customers came back and had them fixed. I on the other hand didn’t know until a couple hours later that my subs were wrong and ruined. I suggest the manager(s) do better about, one, being in the store with these children to watch them because they aren’t grown just yet nor do their lives get thrilled making subs for a living and, two, if you’re not gonna be there at least have another adult there who knows and is willing to preform the job. Because those two could do nothing but bicker over who made what orders and who was gonna make which orders, all while their friends sat in a corner vaping, cussing, and being vulgar at another table. I’m thankful I didn’t have my son with me yesterday evening when I decided to stop around 5:43pm. The ones working were not participating in their friends cussing and vulgar comments

Subway was good. Service and the way sandwich was made could have been better, I think the staff were very busy and too many orders.
