Tim Hortons - Penetanguishene

I don't know how many times I've gone through the drive in during day hours when it's all the young kids . Half of them are walking around like zombies not using their noggins. And almost everytime I have to remind them to give me my change. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Need a change of workers

I 'm not sure who 's managing this place but the food is far from fresh. 3 days in a row of getting either withered lettuce in my crispy craveable or sour creamy broccoli soup. not to mention the daily messing up of our iced coffees. no point making a verbal complaint because while the person who i talked to over the phone was very nice, the person who replaced it was extremely rude. she claims she doesn 't do replacements while angrily going off about not having chicken. a new hire was very visibly uncomfortable by her supervisor 's outbursts and apologized on her behalf. If you 're not a people person, don 't work in customer service. very few good staff members, but most are argumentative or rude. recommend going to another Tim Hortons.

They make the worst iced coffees, which is disappointing and sad

Twice in a row now after ordering I’m told they don’t have the food to make my order. So I change my order, and they proceed to mess up my new order. Never going back here
