Bidra med feedbackOh my gosh, this place is a dive with the rudest member of staff I 've ever had the misfortune to come across. Firstly the door was locked, despite it only being just after 6pm and the sign clearly stated that this subway restaurant is open until 8pm. I tried the door a couple of times and then the lady on duty appeared from within the toilet and was straight off the bat incredibly rude and sarcastic. She said to me: that 's locked you know. I unfortunately do not have magic powers to ascertain which doors are locked and which are not, so I have to try the handle. Then she wandered off for about 10 minutes. I 've not been to subway in years, but the tag line of have it your way has always resonated with me. Not this time... I had the misfortune of asking for the salad off one of the sandwiches, which is kind of my perogative as the customer and there 's also the side benefit to subway of the saving of the salad application. I also am intolerant to the fibres in the salad so have to avoid it. This then triggered the lady behind the counter to launch into a tirade about I can 't have the sandwich my way, which struck me as going against the whole ethos of subway and that she was wasting her time talking to me. I was the only customer there, which was no surprise really. I left at this point as it was as if the lady was guarding the food, rather than being a purveyor of it. I will never set foot in this restaurant again and the lady serving would be better suited hunting Dalmatians to make a coat than being front of house as she 's not a people person, and this may explain why the restaurant was devoid of both customers and competent staff. Abysmal and the cleanliness of the restaurant, leads one to believe that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
When using points on your Subway Card the Manager comes over and adds items on such as Extra Bacon because he didn’t like the fact I had 1000 points for a free sub. Day Light Robbery whole point in collecting the points is for a free sub not to be charged £1.20 for “Extra Bacon” I didn’t have this made him look very desperate for money and at my expense. Lesley is a real asset to subway and the nicest and most friendliest worker there unfortunately I couldn’t say the same for the other 2 arrogant individuals. I also asked if points were accepted on subway card and was told “if it works it works” so clearly doesn’t like following subways guidelines regarding the Subway Card pathetic gentlemen. Immaculately clean establishment, serving the excellent standards I associate with Subway. Highly recommended Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: The Supremo- Footlong
The food is delicious, with generous portion sizes, and the staff is very courteous. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
My son really loves this place! It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
