I've been working here a year in June and have been the happiest I've been in years at a place of employment. We are striving to be the best gas station convenient store in town . Our loyal customers are very important to us and new customers we want to become frequent shoppers . If you want ice cream don't come here. If snails were hired as staff they would be faster. They don't serve ice cream unless you're the only one in the store. Expect to sit around and never get served. When they serve you expect to get your order wrong.

I'm not sure why but if I ever call to order something randomly in the middle of the night the person either hangs up on me or has a long dragged out excuse as to why he can't do it. There is one nice guy that goes above and beyond that works at night. But this other guy I think is just lazy. Day time everything is great. I might just drop in and see what this dude's name is. Not very good in customer service at all.

The night dude hooked us up with ice cream even though he said he wasn?t supposed to serve it at the time we came in the store. We were up in the finger lakes for a wedding and traveled around 4 and a half hours to get up there, so helping out two out of staters who had drunk-munchies at 1am really went a long way. Thanks night guy, whoever you are.

This is how Byrne Dairy PY does wings at 8:30p on a Sunday night. I got sick. 2022/05/01. I don't think there should have been a pool of sauce. No blue cheese. Employees laughed as I walked out. Can I get a refund? I have my receipt.
